Legendary Superstars Dory Funk Sr., Kamala, and Ivan Koloff will enter the WWE Hall of Fame as the 2025 Legacy inductees. Dory Funk Sr. joins Dory Funk Jr and Terry Funk in the WWE Wrestling Hall of Fame.

A true pioneer and patriarch of professional wrestling, Dory Funk Sr. was a skilled amateur wrestler, a World War II veteran, and one of the most influential promoters in wrestling history. Based out of Amarillo, Texas, his Western States Sports organization became a proving ground for some of the sport’s toughest competitors, including Bruiser Brody, Harley Race, and his equally iconic sons, Dory Jr. and Terry Funk. Known for his toughness, grit, and vision for the business, Funk Sr. helped shape modern wrestling and now rightfully joins his sons in the WWE Hall of Fame — cementing the legacy of one of the industry’s most revered families.
Known as “The Ugandan Giant,” Kamala was one of WWE’s most memorable Superstars, striking fear with his intimidating war paint and unpredictable in-ring style. Kamala clashed with legends like Hulk Hogan and The Undertaker, becoming a notorious villain before later endearing himself to fans as the lovable alter ego of Jim Harris — the gentle giant behind the mask.
“The Russian Bear” Ivan Koloff enters the WWE Hall of Fame as one of WWE’s most unforgettable villains. Koloff made headlines around the world when he defeated WWE Hall of Famer Bruno Sammartino inside Madison Square Garden on Jan. 18, 1971, ending Bruno’s record-breaking seven-year WWE Title reign in a moment that shocked the wrestling world.
WWE is proud to honor Dory Funk Sr., Kamala, and Ivan Koloff with their induction into the WWE Hall of Fame.
